Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse I for Rock Hill, SC on a per diem basis. The role provides direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion site under supervision, focusing on safety and adherence to the physician plan of care.
You will document visits in real time, coordinate with the clinical team, and support discharge planning. CPR certification and an active RN license are required; BSN preferred. Willingness to travel 100% may be needed.
