Overview

Registered Nurse-ED Various Shifts and Weekly Hours at Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care – Georgetown provides emergency, urgent care and quick care services. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centered care in a healing environment.

Georgetown, KY – Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care.

• First Shift – part time 24 hrs (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Third Shift – full time 36 hrs (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Third Shift – part time 24 hrs (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Implement professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness.
• Assess patients’ needs.
• Develop patient care plans.
• Provide direct care.
• Manage patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Support quality care.
• Maintain customer relations and a healing environment.

• One year of experience.
• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Associate‑degree holders with less than ten years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor’s program and achieve the degree within five years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; obtain within 30 days if not certified at hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP and successful completion of a dysrhythmia class as required by department assignment.
