Resident Care Director (RCD)
Pay Range: 95,368.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs
- Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners
- Oversee medication management and infection control programs
- Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
- Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
- Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
- Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
- Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans
- Retirement Savings Plans
- Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program
- Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay
