About UsWhite Oak of Rock Hill is a 141‑bed skilled nursing center located a short drive from Piedmont Medical Center. We provide long‑term nursing care and short‑term rehabilitation in a dedicated rehab wing. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills and a genuine desire to make a personal impact on residents’ lives.

Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatments according to facility policies and physician orders

Perform wound assessments, documentation, and treatment (including dressing changes, debridement as allowed by scope of practice, and pressure injury prevention)
Monitor resident progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standards

Qualifications

Graduate of a state‑approved school of nursing

Current, active RN license in South Carolina required

Prior wound care experience preferred but not required; strong clinical assessment skills essential

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities

Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Hours

Part‑time schedule, Monday–Friday. Specific hours assigned by the Director of Nursing based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a state approved school of Nursing. Current and active RN license in the state of residence. Must be in good physical and mental health and must be kind, considerate, understanding and enjoy working with elderly people. Must possess skills necessary for acting as charge nurse or Supervisor on a given unit, when assigned. Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel.
