Nurse Practitioner PT - MC
LocationRock Hill, SC
Job DescriptionProvide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling. Perform routine examinations and routine diagnostic tests to ensure positive patient health outcomes. Manage patient appointments, verify insurance, and perform administrative duties including clinic opening/closing and maintaining a clean environment. Engage patients in health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

Hours:
27.5 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays, every other weekend - Environment:
Clinical care team collaboration, autonomous practice
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification
- State of employment license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
