The Linden in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a driven Assistant Community Manager with strong leasing and sales instincts to help lead performance, drive occupancy, and support daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lease-up or strong closing experience who’s ready to transition into leadership while still staying hands-on with leasing success.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive leasing performance and help achieve occupancy goals
  • Support lease-up strategy, outreach marketing, and traffic generation
  • Assist the Community Manager with daily operations and team support
  • Process applications, renewals, and resident files accurately
  • Provide exceptional resident experience and retention support
  • Monitor reports, collections, and delinquency
  • Ensure Fair Housing and company compliance standards are upheld
  • Step in to lead the office in the Community Manager’s absence
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
  • Strong closing skills and proven sales performance
  • Lease-up experience highly preferred

    Ready to grow into a leadership role
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and financially aware
  • Experience with Entrata preferred
  • Comfortable working Saturdays as scheduled
  • Professional presence with strong communication skills
