Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties, training, coaching, and evaluating performance while enforcing company policies.;
Manage membership services by processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promoting membership programs and renewals.;
Provide and ensure member service by assisting customers with purchases, locating merchandise, and guiding use of self-checkout and pickup orders.;
Oversee area operations including handling returns, merchandising, shrink/damage control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of carts and parking areas.;
Perform cash handling and accounting tasks such as deposits, cash fund transfers, and preparing financial reports while protecting confidentiality.
