Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Assist guests in finding solutions to their needs and be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Engage with guests to explain benefits, offerings, and services, including loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and app features (Wallet, Target App).
• Handle returns following register prompts and collaborate with leaders to resolve guest issues while adhering to Target policies and procedures.
• Deliver easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as order pickup (OPU), Drive-Up (DU) orders, and DU returns with compliance to applicable laws and safety standards.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• You are flexible with a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• You have strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills and are eager to learn about products and services.

• Accurately handle cash transactions and support cash office operations as needed
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, with the ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs
• Must work at least one shift within 5 months or face administrative termination
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on role (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.)
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
