Outside Sales Representative – Internet & TV Services | Base + Uncapped CommissionJoin a growing telecommunications company bringing high-speed internet and TV to local neighborhoods! We’re hiring motivated, people-oriented Field Sales Representatives who want to control their earnings and help customers connect to better service. Travel within the territory around the Camden/Lugoff/Winnsboro area or Blythewood/Richland area.
This is a direct-hire position with full benefits, paid training, and unlimited commission potential.
What You’ll Do- Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to promote internet and cable services.
- Build instant rapport with customers and clearly explain service options.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Track activity and sales using a company tablet and CRM.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays (when customers are home).
- Travel within the local territory using a company vehicle (when available) or your own (with mileage reimbursement).
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, or a people-facing role.
- Background in telecommunications, wireless, or cable industries is a plus.
- A positive attitude and ability to build trust quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently and being outdoors.
- Additional $50-125/sales with a goal of 20 sales per month (minimum of additional $10k per year)
