Pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM-5 PM, rotating Saturdays on call

Responsibilities

* Receives incoming shipments, checking the purchase order against invoice with actual shipment for completeness and accuracy before distribution or placement in appropriate warehouse location.

* Takes acceptance of returns and handles according to type of return.

* Signs out parts and equipment, as appropriate.

* Maintains equipment catalogs, price files and specification books.

* Orders supplies, parts and materials for the warehouse and takes receipt of stock. Maintains appropriate inventory control documentation.

* Completes all required documentation and purchase orders on jobs and services and maintains inventory lists.

* May enter purchase orders, requisitions, and inventories into computer system.

* Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area. Including taking out trash and cardboard.

* Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

* Be able to work in the elements.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Need:

* Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is preferred

* Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems a plus

* Valid driver's license required

* Commercial driver's license, EPA certification, or forklift license may be required (based on location)

* Basic computer experience required;
Outlook email experience

* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
