Compass Group - Up to $29.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Updates work statuses and documents tasks in the CMMS using a mobile device;
Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs, and diagnoses malfunctions of HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems;
Determines manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs and projects;
Reviews outside vendor projects and makes punch lists;
Assists in making decisions on all repairs and reports major problems to the Maintenance Supervisor, Foreman, and Manager
