As an HVAC Technician you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC units and light industrial equipment. This includes maintaining equipment parts and supplies inventories, checking stock levels, and anticipating needed parts based on analytical information and trends.

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical components.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and listening for issues.
• Provide daily reports and communicate regularly with store managers, the regional DOC supervisor, and the assigned office administrator.
• Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hand and power tools, and examining the form and texture of parts.
• Identify correct parts needed for equipment and close calls in a timely manner.
• Adhere to OSHA and DOC safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicle.
• Minimum five years of experience working with commercial HVAC‑R equipment such as walk‑in freezers, reach‑in freezers, ice machines, coolers, etc.
• EPA certification.
• Perform other duties as required.
