160030-Dump Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate materials to and from job sites
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
• Follow designated routes, schedules, and traffic laws at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and site teams
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and report any issues promptly

• Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance
• Ability to follow instructions, schedules, and established procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Average starting pay of $1,000

Weekly minimum guarantee of $800
