Lead Residential HVAC Installer

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to manage installation of heating and cooling systems in single-family homes and light commercial settings. In this role you'll lead a small crew, review plans, lay out equipment, and complete installs of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories to code. You'll diagnose installation issues, ensure quality start ups, and train junior techs on best practices and safety.

The ideal candidate brings strong residential install experience, solid troubleshooting skills, pride in craftsmanship, and a customer first attitude while representing our dependable, service focused team in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate residential HVAC installation projects
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Layout and install ductwork, line sets, vents, and accessories to code
• Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and airflow issues
• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with building and mechanical codes
• Train and mentor junior installers and helpers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors
• Complete work orders, documentation, and material lists accurately
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order
