Do you have a good understanding of electrical basics, an eye for detail, and a desire to develop your skills in industrial automation?
We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on electrical assembly in our Rock Hill facility with commissioning and service at customer sites around the world.
You’ll bring a foundation in electrical components, circuits, and reading schematics, along with curiosity about how systems work. With thorough training from day one, you’ll build on that foundation to assemble, troubleshoot, and commission our automation systems.

• Build, Launch & Wire:
  Take ownership of the full assembly and commissioning cycle by reading and interpreting electrical schematics to route installation wiring, wire advanced control panels, and integrate general electrical components across both control and power circuits.
• Optimize, Evolve & Troubleshoot:
  Perform complete machine integrations, upgrades, and performance optimizations on-site while traveling globally to execute system diagnostics, proactive maintenance, and critical recovery-moving well beyond basic machine placement and panel building.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (such as full cable spools) and work comfortably on ladders, platforms, and your feet for extended periods.
• Safety, Compliance & Quality:
  Conduct essential electrical safety checks, including high-potential (hi-pot) testing, ensuring every connection and component strictly adheres to rigorous electrical safety codes and international regulatory standards (e.g., NFPA, UL, IEC).
• Education & Experience:
  
  Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field preferred. Entry-level to beginner-level candidates with a strong grasp of core electrical basics and tool proficiency are encouraged to apply (1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus).
• Schematic Comprehension & Technical Foundation:
  Possess a solid, foundational understanding of electrical schematics, general electrical components, control circuits, and power circuits. You don't just go through the motions, you understand why the system is wired the way it is.
• Global Travel & Adaptability:
  Maintain the willingness and flexibility to travel internationally (approx. 25%) for customer commissioning, service, and support, easily adapting to diverse environments and cultures.

  Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to customers and internal teams, backed by proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
