• Lead and support low voltage technicians in the field
• Pull, route, dress and terminate CAT5e/CAT6
• Terminate jacks and patch panels
• Install racks, cabinets, J-hooks and pathway
• Complete MDF/IDF buildouts
• Test and troubleshoot structured cabling
• Read prints and lay out work for assigned areas
• Monitor installation quality and productivity
• Communicate progress and material needs with project leadership

• 4+ years commercial structured cabling experience preferred
• Previous Lead Technician experience
• Strong CAT5e/CAT6 installation and termination skills
• Testing and troubleshooting experience
• MDF/IDF, racks and patch panel experience
• Ability to read prints and lay out work
• Ability to lead and provide direction to other technicians
• Basic low voltage hand tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Fiber, access control and CCTV experience a plus
• OSHA 10 / Lift certifications preferred

• Weekly Pay $28–$35/hr DOE
