Service Tech / Warranty Jenkins Plumbing Company Position Overview

Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking a dependable and experienced Service Tech / Warranty to join our growing team. This position will primarily support new construction residential plumbing by completing service calls, warranty repairs, punch list items, and troubleshooting plumbing-related issues. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently while providing quality workmanship and excellent service to builders and homeowners.

• Perform service and warranty repairs in new construction homes
• Complete plumbing punch list items accurately and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues
• Make necessary repairs and adjustments to plumbing systems and fixtures
• Communicate professionally with builders, homeowners, supervisors, and other team members
• Ensure work is completed correctly and meets company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
• Complete assigned work in a timely manner
• Represent Jenkins Plumbing professionally while working in customers' homes and on builder jobsites

• Previous plumbing experience preferred
• Experience with residential or new construction plumbing is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple service and punch list assignments
• Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time

• Starting pay of $20+ per hour, depending on experience
