Looking to start a career in the booming data center and telecommunications industry? We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and build valuable technical skills. No prior data center experience is required. We provide hands-on training and opportunities to grow into advanced technician roles.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, warehouse, manufacturing, military, landscaping, electrical helper, or general labor backgrounds who want to learn a skilled trade.

What You'll Do

As a Cable Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to help build and support critical infrastructure inside some of the world's most advanced data centers.

Responsibilities:

+ Learn to install Cat6 and fiber optic cabling.

+ Assist with cable pulling, routing, and labeling.

+ Help build telecommunications and equipment rooms.

+ Install equipment racks, cabinets, patch panels, and cable management systems.

+ Support installation of cable tray, wireway, conduit, and other infrastructure.

+ Learn industry best practices for network and data center installations.

+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Work both inside and outside as projects require.

+ Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

+ Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on active job sites

+ Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic

Preferred (But Not Required)

+ Construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience

+ Experience using basic hand tools

+ Ability to read a tape measure

+ Telecommunications, cabling, or electrical experience

Schedule

Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Hill, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
