The City of Rock Hill, Rock Hill Housing Authority, is seeking a Case Manager to deliver individualized support and service coordination to Youth Build participants. You will conduct assessments, develop ISSs, and connect participants with services in accordance with DOL/ETA requirements.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years in case management. Master’s preferred; bilingualism valued.
