Crescent Hospice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker to provide per diem social work services for hospice patients and families in the Aiken area. The LMSW will assess psychosocial needs, offer counseling, and support emotional well-being while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include an MSW from an accredited program and state social work licensure, plus a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
