About the role:
As a Computer Engineering Intern, you will support the development, testing, verification, and maintenance of software and digital systems used throughout the nuclear industry. You will report to the department manager and be located at our Rock Hill, SC or Columbia, SC facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid or onsite position for the summer, May
- August 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test software applications and tools
- Support system integration and verification activities
- Help code, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Participate in software validation and testing efforts
- Maintain technical documentation
- Support cybersecurity and secure coding projects
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or related field
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- Experience with programming concepts
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle principles
The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.40 to $29.00 per hour.
