South Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a skilled heavy equipment operator to support road maintenance across District Six. You will operate backhoes, dump trucks, graders, patchers, and paving equipment to shave shoulders, ditch, load materials, and assist with asphalt placement.
Minimum one year of related work experience is required; a valid driver’s license is needed with CDL eligibility within six months. Outdoor work in all weather and on-call hours may be required.
