Guaranteed income:
Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.

Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.

Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.

Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

Drivers based in the Rock Hill, South Carolina area operate predictable regional lanes east of I-35 and return home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

Premium trucks:
Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models.

Equipment policy:
Strict no-slip-seating policy.

Driver comfort:
All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.

Freight type: 100% no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations.

Company programs:
Pet and passenger rider programs are supported from day one.

Qualifications and requirements

License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).Driving record:
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.

Experienced route:
At least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.

Entry-level route:
