Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments;
Uses a warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading for outbound freight;
Ensure drivers depart with appropriate paperwork;
Gather and enter data into the warehouse management system and maintain shipping records;
Assist in Material Handling duties such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading
