Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator – 2nd Shift Brown Packing Company – Gaffney, SC Position Summary Brown Packing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. This position is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping operations.

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM start time.

Job Duties Safely operate a stand-up reach truck in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.

Pick customer and production orders accurately and efficiently.

Store products in designated rack locations while maintaining organization.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Scan products and complete inventory transactions using warehouse equipment.

Follow all food safety, quality, and OSHA safety requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications Previous stand-up reach truck experience preferred.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
