Our client, a trusted organization within the insurance space, is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support policyholders through their service center. This position blends customer interaction, account analysis, and problem-solving in a structured, supportive setting.

Your Day-to-Day

- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account-related requests

- Provide guidance on policy provisions, coverage updates, and administrative changes

- Review member information to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Apply sound judgment to determine appropriate resolutions for non-routine issues
