We provide a safe, secure and supportive environment centered on how playing can charge the mind of the children we care for.

The Teacher is responsible for developing a quality learning environment which is developmentally appropriate and actively engages children in the learning process. Through experience this position will serve to enhance the child’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social growth. • Ensure safety practices in creating a secure environment that minimizes the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team, families and specialists to establish individual learning goals based on assessment findings.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages social interaction, emotional well‑being and growth.
  • Design and implement lesson plans based on knowledge of individual children’s interests and needs.
  • Conduct home visits to build stronger relationships and gain a better understanding of the child’s home environment.
  • Engage in continuous professional growth and development.
We are looking for team members who:
  • Share a love for children and a passion for helping them learn, grow, and thrive;
  • Enjoy following a routine, and welcome the in‑the‑moment changes that come with each day in childcare;
  • Believe that early childhood education is the first step to a child’s successful future;
  • Are passionate about building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all;
  • Are professional, kind, and don’t take themselves too seriously!
