Bally's Slot Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Respond to guest and member inquiries related to services, features, attractions, promotions, and other special events offered by the Company
- Understand the essential functions of the slot machines and game themes
- Process transactions related to slot operations, including jackpots, paper fills, wallet buys
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
- Oversee all aspects of slot operations while on duty
- Support Slot Attendants
- Troubleshoot and solve slot-related issues independently
- Train and develop Slot team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
- Knowledge of all promotions and events
- Monitor assigned areas on the gaming floor, remaining mobile and visible to guests
- Maintain professional radio etiquette
- Recognize and respond to minors in the casino
- Recognize signs of problem gaming and alcohol intoxication and report any issues to management
- Support the integrity of gaming on the floor

- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
Target Salary:
- Target Salary Range $15.00 Plus Tips and/or $24.00 while working as a dual rate role.

Preferred Customer Service Intermediate
Preferred Active Listening Intermediate
Education:
Preferred High School or better.
Experience:
Preferred to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Working knowledge and experience with slot management systems and Microsoft Must be able to organize, delegate, and follow through on different projects Must be 21 years of age or older Basic computer skills Must possess cash handling skills Must be willing to do some mechanical and troubleshooting of slot machines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Read, write, speak, and understand English Respond to visual and aural cues Operate in mentally and physically Excellent customer service skills High School graduate or equivalent Able to wear earpieces and use a radio Must be able to bend, twist, push, and pull Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
