This is a part-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller. Based in Rock Island, IL, the Financial Controller will oversee financial reporting, analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and ensure accounting accuracy. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, monitoring compliance, and developing strategies to improve financial performance. Collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Financial Controller will play a critical role in driving financial decision-making.

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical and Finance skills for data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in Accounting practices and principles
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with financial management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
