The Arc of the Quad Cities Area seeks caring, compassionate, and motivated individuals to play a crucial role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their best lives. Your contribution will be invaluable to our mission. Someone in this position should have good communication skills, be dependable, flexible, and prompt, and have good initiative and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: direct care to individuals, assisting with showers, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, medication, documentation, preparing and cooking meals, housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, helping with doctor appointments, outings, running programs, activities, etc.
