At least 2 years of previous Med Surg experience required;
Stepdown/Cardiac experience preferred.
License:
Current state nursing license required.

Certifications:

ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) required.

Must-Have:
- Profile should include a Driver’s License.
- Work history/resume.
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date).
- License verification.
- Copy of required certifications.
- One supervisory reference required at the time of submission.
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (local candidates accepted with a 10% rate reduction).

Description:

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline as needed.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5-6 on day shifts and 1:6-7 on night shifts.
Registered Nurses work with Patient Care Techs.
