Experience:

Active Illinois license required.

Certifications:

BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) required.

Must-Have:
- First-time travelers accepted.

- Experience with EPIC required.
- Work history/resume must include 24 months of current Stepdown/Progressive Care experience.
- Skills checklist must be specific to Stepdown/Progressive Care.
- Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, or similar within the last 24 months preferred.
- Driver's license required.

Description:

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Local candidates within 50 miles from the facility are allowable with a reduced bill rate.
The patient ratio is 1:4-5.
The role involves providing care in a Stepdown/Progressive Care setting.
Candidates must have experience in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential.
