Guest Services
- Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for completing assigned side work and checklist.
- Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.
- Take reservations and create daily pre-assigned seating arrangements.
- Greet guest in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive.
- Responsibilities include keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Bidding farewell to guests, using their name when known and encouraging them to return.
- Working as a team, assisting with guests and employees needs and inquiries.
- Anticipating the guest’s needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency.
- Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.

QualificationsExperience
