DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Supports the internal and external recruitment efforts for the property, developing sourcing strategies and community partnerships to garner top talent
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding initiatives, to include new hire orientation
- Provide employee assistance with benefits; open enrollment
- Assists in conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Assists in providing performance management guidance to property leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation consistent with policies, and State and Federal regulations
- Analyzes onboarding and exit surveys, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in processes
- Assists with design and execution of engagement, wellness and retention events, to include back of house branding initiatives
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- All other job duties as assigned.

- Target Salary Range $56,250

Proficient computer skills including MS Office software.
Minimum of three years HR experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
