Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM + occasional weekends & over-time

• Lead daily receiving, distribution, and inventory operations while ensuring efficient, reliable service delivery.
• Prioritize work assignments,allocate resources, andmonitorperformance to meet productivity and service goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development while coaching team members and addressing skill gaps.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on clear communication, trust, and accountability.
• Build strong partnerships across clinical, procurement, contracting, and value analysis teams to ensure seamless supply chain support.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal customers and operational teams, promoting proactive problem-solving and service improvements.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting while aligning supply chain operations with organizational priorities and service expectations.

Education:

• Associate’s degree in supply chain or business required. In lieu of a degree, 2 years of leadership and/or comparable work experience may be considered.

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain,logistics, or inventory control, includingproficiencywith Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Valid driver’s license required.
• AUTOINSrequiredwhen driving a personal vehicle.
• Certified Materials Resources Professional (AHRMM) preferred.
