Summary:
Lead maintenance operations at a food distribution warehouse by supervising maintenance associates and ensuring efficient facility and equipment repair work.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate facility/equipment repairs.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment uptime.
- Manage and support contractors involved in repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure sanitation standards are met and maintained across the site.
- Conduct safety inspections and support compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain supply inventory for maintenance and operational needs.
- Support warehouse operations and provide documentation/assistance for external audits.
- Strong leadership and ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Working knowledge of facility and equipment maintenance/repair practices.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and sanitation requirements.
- Ability to manage contractors and maintain compliance standards.
- Organizational skills for inventory management and audit support.
