Our client is seeking a Property Manager with HUD expertise to join their community of delivering excellent client service

The Community Manager (CM) leads and supervises property operations, financial activities, regulatory compliance, and guides interactions with all stakeholders – residents, corporate personnel, regulatory agency officials, clients, community officials, vendors, and customers on the property. The CM possesses a passion for customer service that inspires associates and vendors to deliver the highest quality product, comprehensive services, respect, and hospitality customers expect.

• Cultivate a positive and active community through engaging content, events, and interactions.
• Develop and execute community strategies that drive growth and participation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance community experiences and feedback.
• Track community metrics and provide insights to continuously improve our approach.

• 3+ Years experience in Property management
• 1+ year experience supporting HUD properties
• Passion for Community Building with a genuine interest in creating meaningful connections and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strong Communication Skills with the ability to connect with people and convey messages effectively sets you apart.
• Organizational Excellencein managing multiple projects and details with a proactive attitude.
