Set up and operate CNC to perform turning, boring, facing, and threading parts such as castings, forgings, and bar stock;
Load CNC programs using a computer and ERP transactions;
Load materials including bronze, stainless steel, and plastics up to 7 inches diameter;
Customize machine setup by selecting jaws, setting work, changing tools, touching-off tools, inspecting and changing inserts, loading correct program, and adjusting tool offsets;
Verify proper machine operation including speeds and feeds, tool wear, and surface finish
