Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Rotate through all four Line 1 positions during each 8-hour shift as part of a team-based operating rhythm;
Place blades onto the conveyor line that feeds the oven or furnace, ensuring correct positioning and spacing;
Use hand tools or grabbers to safely remove heated blades from the conveyor and place them into the press;
Perform visual and physical inspections of parts to identify quality defects and ensure products meet specifications;
Hang cooled blades on the line for painting and ensure they are properly secured for the painting process
