Dover Precision Components is part of Dover Corporation’s Pumps and Process solutions segment. DPC holds market leading positions globally and delivers performance‑critical solutions across oil & gas, power generation, marine, industrial, chemical and general processing markets. We design and manufacture mission‑critical equipment components to deliver more affordable, cleaner energy solutions and enable manufacturers to operate more efficiently.

Provides support for all value streams within the plant. Support roles include Saw, Briquetter, Parser, Job Coordinator, Material Handler, Receiving and Shipping.

• Properly complete required paperwork
• Participate in daily preventative maintenance and cleaning schedule
• Complete assigned support tasks

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Basic computer skills
• Strong focus on safety and quality initiatives
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work independently as well as contributing to the team
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Ability to apply rational decision making to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations
• Ability to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move work forward
• Understanding of basic metrology
• Knowledge of bearing isolators is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and suggest effective resolutions
• Strong communication skills
• Basic ability to enter transactions, print labels, and confirm shipments

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.60 per hour

Bonus Eligible:
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
