Factory Worker

Marathon Staffing seeks reliable Factory Workers to support light industrial and waste management operations for our clients. In this role, you will load, unload, and sort materials, operate basic production and material-handling equipment, and follow work orders to meet daily production goals. You'll inspect materials for quality, keep work areas clean and safe, and follow all safety and PPE guidelines. This is a fast-paced, team-focused environment where you'll collaborate closely with supervisors and coworkers while gaining hands-on experience in industrial and support services.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production and material-handling equipment safely
• Load, unload, sort, and move materials through the facility
• Follow work orders, production targets, and quality standards
• Inspect materials for defects and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Complete basic production logs or checklists accurately
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Communicate with leads and supervisors on production needs
• Adapt to changing tasks and shifts based on client demands
