As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x

• 36-40 hr scheduling - OT billable after 40 hrs/week
• 48 hr scheduling - OT billable after 48 hrs/week

: 8 hrs

OT billing:
--- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
--- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs

• Illinois Nurse Agency license MUST be active. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL.
• Iowa Nurse Agency license MUST be active. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IA.
May be asked to float across all campuses:
Bettendorf (IA), Moline, Muscatine (IA), TRI.

• IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.

Requirement description :

• Clinicians MUST be comfortable caring for up to 5-7 patients -- N:

• must be willing and able to float
• Surgical, post op surgical experience

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume
• Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
• License verification
• Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
• References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS

• Illinois

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Single State IA license or compact RN license during onboarding
Weekend Requirements :
Every other including holiday rotation
