As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

--- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
--- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs

• Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL Dept. of Labor.

May be asked to float across all campuses:
Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine, TRI. MUST be willing and able to float

• IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.

Requirement description :

• Med Surg, Post Op, Stepdown experience
• Clinicians MUST be comfortable caring for up to 5-7 patients -- N:
  
  P ratio information encouraged on work history
• must be willing and able to float
• Surgical experience

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume

• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
• License verification
• Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
• References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS

Single State IA license or compact RN license during onboarding
Weekend Requirements :
Every other including holiday rotation
