As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients transitioning from intensive care. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring patient safety and recovery.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on professional growth and development.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Stepdown unit
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Document patient information accurately and promptly in the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in patient and family education to ensure understanding of care plans
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Must have EPIC experience
• Active Illinois nursing license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
