As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing patients' vital signs and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with Patient Care Techs and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.

• Monitor patients' heart rates, blood pressure, and other vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Epic experience required
• Illinois state license required
