2 years of previous experience [required]
ACLS [required]
BLS [required]
Experience with Chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, central lines [required]
First time traveler – ok
State license IL [required]
Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
Rock Island level 1 trauma center
On Call:
No
Weekend: every other
