Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate (Long Term Acute Care) – full-time day shift, 12-hour shift, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Location:

Davenport, IA. Compensation: $39.38 per hour plus shift differentials for weekends. Position is staff, ongoing.

• Collaborate with physicians and preceptor(s) to implement assessment, evaluation, and follow-up care plans for patients.
• Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs, and those of families.
• Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans including problem identification, nursing diagnosis, orders, interventions, short-/long-term goals, and discharge planning.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Valid state RN license required.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Flexibility of scheduling to complete program requirements.
