As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you will leverage your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care to patients in a Stepdown unit.

Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Stepdown unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active Illinois nursing license
• EPIC experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC
• Ability to work every other weekend
