As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring their safety and well-being. Your expertise will be vital in managing complex care needs and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care.

• Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs and telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• State license in IL required; IA on offer
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
