Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Rock Island, Illinois, 61201!

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting with a focus on cardiac patient populations.
• Maintain safe patient assignments in accordance with unit staffing ratios (night shift: 1:5 to 1:6).
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR.
• Float within the same nursing discipline across local campuses as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit experience required.
• Active Illinois RN license at time of submission required;
  Iowa licensure also required.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC required.
• Current ACLS certification through AHA or ARC required.
• Completed skills checklist specific to Stepdown / Progressive Care discipline required.

• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred.
• Experience with cardiac patient populations at the stepdown or intermediate care level preferred.
